Reservations can be canceled up to 48 hours prior to the arrival date with no cancellation fees. Reservations not canceled 48 hours prior to arrival will be charged one (1) night’s room rent and no-shows will be charged one (1) night’s room rent to the card used to guarantee the reservation. Charges will include hotel occupancy tax. We will not refund any payment charged for No-Shows.
For bookings made by a travel agent or online platform, guests are advised to contact the agent or booking platform directly for cancellation policies.
In compliance with Texas Government Code Section 418.108, all persons 10 years or older, including staff and guests, must wear a cloth face covering over their nose and mouth when in a public place where it is difficult to keep six feet away from other people.
All Freeport Studios employees will wear protective face coverings. Guests are required to wear face coverings in public areas when physical distancing is not possible.
Procedures have been implemented to minimize contact during the arrival experience.
Guest room keys are sanitized extensively prior to delivery to guests.
Suites are cleaned and disinfected in accordance with CDC, WHO, and local regulatory guidelines prior to each guest’s arrival.
A SMS text message including a unique customer identifier is sent to guests at check-in. The guest may forward the text message to as many recipients as they like to refer them to Freeport Studios. If a New First-Time Guest presents the text message at check-in, the referrer will receive 1 free night for new reservations of 7 nights or more. The free night will be credited at the end of the referred guest’s minimum 7-night stay.
