FREEPORT STUDIOS' POLICIES

We offer daily, weekly and monthly rates. The weekly rate requires a 7-night minimum stay and the monthly rate requires a 30-night minimum stay.
Payment is required at check-in. Weekly and monthly rate plans require a damage deposit. $350
Check-in 3 PM – Early check-in is subject to availability.
Check-out 11 AM – Late check-out is subject to availability. Contact the office to confirm availability.
Guests must present a valid ID and payment at check-in.

Reservations can be modified or canceled for up to 48 hours prior to the arrival date with no cancellation fees.
Reservations not modified or canceled 48 hours before arrival will be charged one night’s room rents to the card used to guarantee the reservation.
No shows will be charged an additional one night’s room rent to the card used to guarantee the reservation. We will not be able to refund any payments for no-shows.
