We offer weekly and monthly rates requiring a 7-night minimum stay up to 30-night stay.
Payment is required at check-in. Damage deposit may apply.

Reservation Cancellation And No-Show Policy
Reservations can be modified or canceled for up to 48 hours prior to the arrival date with no cancellation fees.
Reservations not modified or canceled 48 hours before arrival will be charged one night’s room rents to the card used to guarantee the reservation.
No shows will be charged an additional one night’s room rent to the card used to guarantee the reservation. We will not be able to refund any payments for no-shows.
Payment Methods
We accept: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and we invite you to book your stay via our Website and process payment accordingly.
Smoking Policy
Smoking is prohibited in all indoor spaces, including studio units and front office. Guest account will be charged a fee of $500 per occurrence if the Studio is smoked in, requires additional cleaning, or suffers any physical damage from smoking.
Parking Policy
Each studio rental includes one parking space.
Guest parking passes may be obtained by visiting the front office.
Any vehicle parked in the same parking space for longer than 72 hrs may be asked to be moved or may be towed.
Freeport Studios is not responsible for damages to vehicles on premise, thefts or any other issues encountered regarding your vehicle and personal belonging inside.
Pet Policy
We are unable to allow pets on the property or inside our studios due to liability, however, trained service animals as specified under the ADA are welcome
Internet Access
Free Wifi is provided to all guests and Wifi password is provided at check-in. While we do our best to provide Wifi access 24/7, service may be disrupted by issues encountered by our Service Provider, the weather, and other non-controllable factors.

REFER A FRIEND PROGRAM
A SMS text message including a unique customer identifier is sent to guests at check-in. The guest may forward the text message to as many recipients as they like to refer them to Freeport Studios. If a New First-Time Guest presents the text message at check-in, the referrer will receive 1 free night for new reservations of 7 nights or more. The free night will be credited at the end of the referred guest’s minimum 7-night stay.
Applicable for New First-Time Guest referrals only.
For the referrer to earn one free night, the New Guest must stay a minimum of 7 nights.
Free night will be applied at the end of the minimum 7-night stay.
Guests may refer to an unlimited number of new guests.
If a New Guest presents a referral text message and the Referrer is no longer in-house, the free night will be stored on file for a maximum of 90 days and the Referrer may claim the free night during their next stay.
